Subscription

For subscriptions, Anthropic lumps all Claude use under a single session. Subscriptions include Claude Code and Claude Cowork. Note: models don't indicate token usage or multipliers.

Individual plans:

Pro — C$24 CAD/month (billed annually). Research, code, and organize. Includes: more usage, Claude Code, Cowork, unlimited projects, access to Research, memory across conversations, more Claude models, Claude in Excel, Claude in Chrome.
Max — from C$140 CAD/month (billed monthly). Higher limits, priority access. Everything in Pro, plus: choose 5x or 20x more usage than Pro, higher output limits for all tasks, early access to advanced Claude features, priority access at high traffic times, Claude in PowerPoint.

Model select in-app (/model):

Default (recommended) — Sonnet 4.6, best for everyday tasks
Opus — Opus 4.6, most capable for complex work
Haiku — Haiku 4.5, fastest for quick answers

Medium effort is the default; use arrow keys to adjust.
Use /fast to turn on Fast mode (Opus 4.6 only).

Within the Claude website you can see subscription usage for current session and weekly limit (plan usage limits panel).
